  1. CHILE LIME BUTTER

  3. This one is a real winner on corn. But you'll also want to use it on 
  4. steaks and chops and just have some around the house to smear on 
  5. bread.

  7. 1/2 cup butter, softened 
  8. the grated peel of one lime 
  9. the juice of one lime 
  10. 2 teaspoons red chile flakes 
  11.  
  12. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour. Get it back out and go 
  13. to town!
